where can i find a neck halter used in a cervical traction system?

i am looking for a neck halter that is part of a cervical traction unit used by people with neck problems. My father used to have cervical spondylosis and uses this traction system as home phisiotherapy. The neck halter has worn out and i am looking for a new one but have no idea where to find it. If any of you know where i can buy it please tell me as its quite urgent.
