Zakat funds are distributed among needy muslims strictly.

the sadaka can be given to those who deserve help, again prioritising the muslims.

Zakat is made obligatory to all muslim who after his spending has a saving. it goes to the needy people in the community.

Hi,

The humain care is part of the islam policies what ever is your nationality of religion. There is two kinds of 'Charity contribution' for that purpose: Zakat and Sadakat. Zakat is must for every muslims who fulifill the requirement(there is a conditions and roles for that). Sadakat is simple charity - optional-.

The question is to whom it should be given. The priority goes always to the muslims, then the rest...But Zakat found, make an inspection and case study to see if you realy deserve to have it or not. Just check with them or go to Aid Charity Organization it's more or less the samething.

Regards.

Maybe if they extend help to other humans then it would be a good recruiting tool for Islam.

Dear Friend,

Please be informed that Zakat is compulsory on muslims (for the one who is eligible) and given to muslims only. Thus zakat fund should spend zakat money only for assistance of muslims.
