How does one re-install software on Nokia E90?

The Nokia E90 has suddenly stopped displaying any call register details viz. Caller ID details.

The screen displays a missed call count, but on click just refreshes the screen; the same things happens for calls dialed out and calls received.

Checked out the Shops at Souk, standard response, your phone has got a Virus...ridiculuous!

Is there a DIY method to resolve this problem?

Take ur phone to Consolidated Gulf Co. (CGC - Nokia Dealer) located on Al-Naser Street. Iam sure they'l have a solution.
