My friend who was came from qatar four years back without cancellation his residence visa,now he just want to know could he able to go again in qatar in new employment/residence visa.
I totally agree with Lester but one thing whish’s very important that he previous sponsor doesn't have raised any case against him when he left Qatar for good w/o cancelation the previous visa which he need to contact his last sponsor for a non-objection letter to be issued to entitle him to come to Qatar again.
Your friend can return provided that there are no legal procedings against him. Eg: Unsettled loans or credit cards, violations of traffic laws, unpaid bills etc. Hope you get the picture. If there is nothing against his name he can certainly return.

legally its 2 year ban . but if there is any criminal/court case against him filed even 4 yrs ago he cannot enter the country.
y dont ur friend apply for business/work visa.if application rejected thn he cannot enter Qatar.
