Is QR27000/month a good offer for a Chartered Civil Engineer with 8yr exp

I am a westerner, Chartered Engineer (Civil & Environmental) with 8 years experience in Project Management and Design of water, wastewater and stormwater management projects. I have been offered QR16000 base + QR11000 allowances. Is this a good offer or do i have room to negotiate higher?

For the time been, it surely seems agood offer. But do read the contract twice before signing it... There is always a loop hole in any contract, so be aware of it...

ask that company to make your basic salary 22k and allowace 5k only.

in case they cut the cost they can just can cut that 5k..
