what should i do,,I need an advice ???

Hi every one ,,,

i had a problem with my company 8mths ago and i were terminated but i got an NOC agreement with them at the HR and still i didnt get a job, i was working there as a store manager for one of its 32 stores at Villaggio mall, now after 20 days my RP will be expired and all the banks i had lone at and credit cards r chasing me now at the courts am really confused and i dont know what to do i need an advice i really feel that jail is waiting for me, i didnt want this to happen but it did, all the offers i got during these 8 mnths was less than my expectations and it would never solve any of my problems specially the one i have now with HSBC, since they r asking me for a guarantor or the same salary that was used to be transfered to my account other wise the case will remain open and travel band as well.i have a wife and 3 kids am not sure any more that i'll see them again after i sent them home the same month i lost my job,,,, so kindly if any body has passed through the same problem and he got it solved let me know or if any one knows how to deal with such issues plz advice me,,
