i had a car accident,but owner went to vacation.Although i have all documents regarding the car with police certificates.The Insurance policy is QIC.can i repair the car by qatar Insurance Company?.because the car owner come back more than one month.please answer me ,can possible without car owner?

You will damage the car more if you go to QIC office. Better call a towing truck to take your car there.

Do you know the place of QIC? You need a 4X4 to go there. I think this company does not want anyone to claim anything to them. Strange :)
