The court rejected bail pleas of the accused, and declared 16 people, including Ajmal Kasab, as proclaimed offenders.

All those in the dock pleaded not guilty, a defence lawyer said.
Pakistan has been holding seven suspects in connection with the November 26-29 siege in Mumbai including the alleged mastermind Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi and alleged key Lashkar-e-Taiba operative Zarar Shah.
"All seven of them have been indicted, including Lakhvi. The accused pleaded not guilty as evidence is not supported by the charges," lawyer Shahbaz Rajput said over telephone.
"They have been indicted under the anti-terrorism act and the Pakistani penal code," said Rajput, without elaborating.
Over 160 people were killed during the terror attacks in Mumbai that began on Novermber 26, 2008 and continued for 60 hours.
As sonya said its not really the people but some culprits make the people in both the counties hate each other... they keep saying freedom.. and kill innocent people. Let both India and Pakistan forget each other and the coming generation be friends... lets all pray for removing this so called militants creating the partition..

I don know population is result of all this or the reason for it... but this is our gift our curse....
accepting the situation the way it is... and zeal to improve it is all we need......
Pakistan is in more sensitive situation... getting a stable democratic govt. (even a corrupt one would do :p) is MUST.

Soniya, the problem with this people is not whether the culprits hanged or not.
If the involvement of LeT is proved in Indian courts, then it is a ploy and purposed done to damage the Pakistan state.
If Pakistan Govt themselves accept the LeT's involvement, then Pakistan Govt is puppet of US.
Even the culprits themselves agree, this people will say that they become mad.
The problem with this people is complete denial and discuss with them makes no logical sense to me!.

Its enough now..There will not be any solution of TERRORISM if v keep on fighting n blaming each other on any topic..The innocent people r loosing their lives, be it inside PAKISTAN or INDIA..I feel sorry for both the countries..The real culprits shld get hanged in whole view of public, this is what we want now...I hope u all will be agreed on this....
