Is it Possible to transfer Full Insurance to my name
I am planning to buy a second hand car. The car has full insurance from Al Khalej insurance which has validity till Nov 2010. Can the insurance be transferred to my name. If yes, is there any transfer fees ? Should I do the transfer of insurance before
going to the traffic department for change of ownership ?

It's possible but you have to go to the main insurance office with the person who's got the polocy under his/her name and get no objection letter to submited to the trafic department while trasfareing ownership of the vehicle.
it is possible but you must pay fee ,i think 60 qr for fee.
