Hello, I am 3 months Business visit visa and want to bring my family (wife and kid) on it. Is this a possibility ? if not, what longer term visit visa i could applied for my family?

no YOU cannot sponsor your family while you are on Business visa. they can apply for the regular tourist visa if they want to be with you here.

You can only try to apply for sponsoring your family once you got your RP here. Even then you have to meet certain requirements, such as minimum salary, your Job title, and more...
