Hey Does any one knows how many days Holiday for Private sector during Eid & exact dates?

Hi,

Eid declared on 27th. that means it is friday. that's why most of companies giving 27 to 30. i got toooo....

In some companies its even zero days.

According to labor law Article (78) the below,

The worker shall be entitled to annually, leave with full wage as follows:-

1. Three working days for Eid EI-Fitr

2. Three working days for Eid Al-Adha

3. One working day for the Independence Day

4. Three working days to be specified by the employer. If the circumstances of the work require the employment of the worker during any such leave days the provisions of article (75) of this law shall be applied to him.

normally 26th to 30th Nov.. still depends on the company decision.

As per the labour law it should be 3 working days but it still depends on the companies. Some are giving 26th to 30th, some are giving 27th to 1st and some others are giving only 3 days from 26th. Some smaller companies will give only Fiday and Saturday but all such companies as per law should give overtime if they are giving less than 3 working days.

26 Nov to 30 Nov...u need to wait for official circular of your company.

Hajj on 26 and Eid is on 27

some companies gives 3 days other 4 days we at Hocchtief company got 5 days
