My visa will expire 2nd Dec.Do I need to renew before closing of emigration for eid holiday?/when the emigration office reopen after eid holiday?

what VISA are you talking about?

and actually yes, extend it before holiday. they will be closed till Dec 6th. and depends on the type of your visa you will pay penalties between 10 to 500 QR per day.
