i m working in a company under their sponsorship from the last 5 yrs .
i was appointed locally.
i have 3 kids .

now my husband has got the family visa .

but my current sponsor is not giving me noc to change sponsorship .

as now i want to come under husband sponsorship.

pls guide me that do i really need noc from the sponsor?

if not then what is the right procedure which i have to follow .

i really need ur guide lines .
