As observed each and everyone of us keep on arguing and hitting IN MOST threads. This is because all of us has a unique personality that includes our different STRENGTH AND WEAKNESSES...for us to know well..

my weakness fails me, hits me hard til i sink to the bottom, leaving me helpless and feeling bad about myself. However, it is in there that i bounce back harder, renewed strength, emerged stronger and wiser.

Neph - it's called "putting a positive spin" on things. If we spend our time worring about our "weaknesses" how can we improve. But if we except that we all have areas where we can develop, we can get on and do it. Thus making us all better people!
