Is it difficult to get a Filipino Working Visa for female in Qatar?

My visa will expire this coming nov.20 and I got hired last Nov.9 my company will issue me a business visa and I need to exit the country in which they can issue a 3 months working visa without me exiting the country? Is there a possibility that my company has no alocation for visas for female filipino?

you can ask your company whether they have a quota for the filipina female, they definitely should know. If they have it, no problem. If they do NOT, it might be a problem. Then why wouldn;t they first apply for such visa,to make sure it's approved, before taking any action?
