well if thats the case then they shouldn't post at all and they shouldn't interview people and give false assurance...a week ago i applied with qatar airways and until now no sign of approval or at least rejection...
All companies would look at experience, education, but they wouldn't hire people just to hire them.
They would need an "open position", and they would want to evaluate many people who's CV matches the requirements, and chose ONE person to fill that position.
The companies will post the jobs on their websites just as a formality but finally these jobs will be filled with less competent guys who are the relatives/friends of those cunning guys in the same organistion.
This is true in the case of companies like Qatar Petroleum etc.
For example,SAP recruitment process in QP now is 100 percent illegal as many qualified guys
are not considered even for the initial phase of interview so as to reserve the posts for the lucky relatives/friends of those cunning guys in QP.
