EVEN U ARE LOCALY HIERD U CANT GET A RELEASE THIS IS THE LAW
Sorry to say that you have no choice in this matter, the decision is solely in the hands of your employer - whether local hire or not...
We are hoping that this country follows the example of Bahrain and Kuwait, where the slavery system was abolished recently...
Galloper48 is right. It is the employer's discretion if he will give NOC or not regardless of how an employee was hired.
Yes if you were hired locally, you are entitled to get an NOC, its the law.
yes, very much possible to get release if you are a local hire...
NOC or release letter like it is called by some; is not a matter of locally hired/or expat.
It is a solely decision of the employer/company you work for.
If he/she/it wants to give the RL/NOC to you then that's good. Congrats
But if he/she/it decides not to give you one RL/NOC then sorry.
There is nothing in the law stating the RL/NOC "must be given. So in the end it is an employer/company decision to issue one.
if you are locally hired,,getting release is ur right.
