Visa Restriction Issue

I would like to seek some information about my father who has worked as a construction manager for 4 years in Qatar and was deported to India by Search and follow up department,SAFD due to ill treatment given by his previous sponsor and not issuing exit permit in the year 2007.He had again applied for a work visa in Qatar in 2008 but was rejected at Mumbai International Airport due to some restriction put up by his previous sponsor.So please help me in this issue.
Approach the old sponsor and tell him to withdraw the statment in Embassy and remove the travel band. You have to try convince him. Hope it will work !!!

We have approached the Consular service department of Qatar Embassy in our country but they told us that the ban is from Qatar!Also my father was returned from Mumbai international airport saying that his qatar visit visa is valid but there`s some airport lock for him at Doha International Airport and was not allowed to abroad the flight.Can u tell me that can his previous sponsor can restrict his entry in qatar.Are they any laws or department where can I forward this issue.Please Help!!!
Even he applied fo his new passport, he will still have a record with the embassy unless he will change his name also ....

There are only two options left:
First, Proove the medical certificate to the indian embassy, so you can come to know what is the real issue.
Secondly, let your dad change the passport and with the new one visa let him fly from india.

for what I'm reading it is the consular service from India in Qatar requesting the deportation of your father.
I would suggest to you to approach the Indian Embassy ask for an apppointment with the consular service Dept. and try to figure out the real reasons on the status of your father and the actions his prior employer took against him.
