Judging by most of the security I've seen in this country (not including police) that shouldn't be a problem.

jogging - walking out side Aspire Academy having very good track that is absolutely free and very good to have that experience.
Use the search box on the top right...this topic was discussed several times before.! there is also group from QL who decided to jog together in Aspire.
No you can not jog in Aspire Stadium, however there is a Jogging path outside which runs around the Aspire complex you may jog there or you may jog on the Corniche
