Hi All,
I was employed in one company for 1 month and 1 week, based on the contract aggrement that i have 2 weeks probationary period and after that they will give a working visa for me.Suddenly i just knew that after a week i was employed, that's the only time they applied for a visa and it was denied.I am very worried because my visa will expire on NOV.11.Now there is no feedback from them and they dont even inform me what will happen.
I talk to the mandoop incharge and he told me about happen in the conversation between him and HR manager,Saying that if there is no visa let her release.
I was so upset with that news,at first they promise me not to worry and i had no time to find for another job.

Please advice me..

THANKS

no need to blame the company, beacse it's not the COMAPNY who rejected your visa. first of all, are you male or female? in your profile you are a male, but in your post it's mentioned "let her release"... If you are a female, most likely the filipina female visa was rejected by the ministry of labour, it even has nothing to do with your personally, it is the combination of your nationality+gender to be blamed. and I doubt it can be fixed. ALl you can do is just to find another job.

Most of the employer here in qatar dont mind if your visa will get expire one thing you can do is look for a job and an employer that can help you to obtain a working visa dont waste your time to your present company it happens to me before thats why i know whats the feeling of the pressure that youve been through.
