What is need to activate a blackberry in a qatar mobile companyt?

I have my unlocked bb 8310 but unlucky my argentinean provider does not have a roaming agreement with QTEL neither Vodafone so I want to activate here my blackberry, anyone can help?

italianindoha, if your BB is unlocked for use with other telephony providers; go into any qtel branch, buy a simcard, and ask for service activation.

You will be requested the passport or Qatar ID to buy the simcard.

I believe there is a service by Qtel for Blackberry. You can try calling Qtel about it.
