Edifis, you know that Qatar doesn't put controversial "behavior" laws in writing. Think of how long the sign would have to be:

No kissing

No tube tops

No bachelors

Etc., etc.

Of course, you see how well the "no smoking" signs are obeyed.

Why don't they hang "SIB STAY OUT" signboards in all the places where stray Indian bachelors are not allowed. I can stay away from those places!
