will come over to my place tomorrow, Thursday, and I'm so excited about that.. I thought I would document it on QL.. Any ideas about the best food served in occasions like that? I want something very enjoyable coz we talk a lot lol.. You know beside the Arabic coffe, which is a must, and the chocolate and juice (some juice called Jamaica I read about it in QL.. Have you tried it?) (served in a creative way? Any ideas beside the sugar on edges? ).. I thought about ordering food from La segal.. I think they have those little pies that look so cute.. Have'nt tried them before though..
Qatar Girl is a very dear friend of mine.. I haven't seen her in a long time though we talk via the phone and msn.. I'll never forget all the things she did to me back when we were university students and then after I got married she's always there for me.. Even that I kind of changed for the worse after I got married lol and my friends got upset with me because we don't see each other much, I'm guilty as charged, but she remained the same.. She always gives me excuses and says she understands..

I think Qatar Girl's visit to my house is the best end for my vacation.. I'll go back to work on Sundayyyy after a fantastic vacation.. Alhamdulillah..
Today was the dayyy it was a blast we has soooo much fun yay us!!
gonna talk about the preparations later..I think I did a good job creating a friendly atmosphere.. and then wanna plan another gathering for more old friends.. many at once as you suggested :-)

Well if you guys are not into having any heavy dinner meals i always like some good variety of finger foods. Either you can get them from out or make them at home.

Besides u never told us if what time she's coming over, breakfast, lunch, tea time, dinner? I'm sure other QL'er would be able to help you out much better if they knew that.

wellll no I haven't tried inviting more than three friends at once and it was like a hundred years ago.. I'd love to make a feast and invite many but I'm not sure why I never did that.. I did it to family members though.. and did it once for Canadian friends of my Aunt.. Maybe I would! Let's use Qatar Girl's visit as a rehersal then :-) Give me ideas alreadyyyy

well have u tried getting all your friends together under one roof? they dont have to get along well with each other as long as they have u as the common link between them you should have more fun :) so when is brit and me invited?

haha I'm excited because I'm back to my social life!! It's like the old days yay.. I miss those gatherings a lot!!
I miss my circle of friends!! I already invited two other friends next week! The problem is I can't invite them all at once coz most of them don't know each other well.. I get along with people of different personalities but not all my friends do :-D you know..

I always cook for my sister in law when her friends visit her.. But I don't want to cook tomorrow coz Qatar Girl is a great cook herself lol Or do you think its better that I cook? at least one dish..
