I have wasted few hours of my life trying to get someone who is just willing to listen if nothing else...instead I was given useless phone numbers, and I have the same problem. I am gonna have to go there personally which makes me wonder why they have a hotline in the first place !
Yes and I was pleasantly surprised. The electric stopped one very hot night around midnite. I called to ask what is the problem and when it will be corrected. I had new born baby so the A/C was very important. They took my number and said they will trace the problem and report back. They called after 20 minutes and said they found the fault and it would be fixed in 2 hours. Of course I did not believe it as nothing works that smooth here. After 1 hour the power resumed and the man called to make sure it was working. I was very pleased.
I have been here a while now and have come not to expect good service from anyone as it is nearly impossible to conduct any sensible transaction here. That time I was very pleased.
nothing new there :), kahrama and qtel, they are twin ... same people working for their customer service.
