In a event of closing the company, how the visa of the employee will valid, until when?

My visa will expire this coming March 5, 2010, but my company will close or declare bankcrupcy for obvious reason maybe this coming November. Did my visa still valid after that until expiration?or should I transfer my visa immediately before that?

I think before the company closed you must be transfer to a new company because automatically if they cancel the computer card of the company same with yours.
