my visa will expire oct. 10 as it is already extended for 2 months , if i will go back to the philippines now even my visa still extended can i still go back here to visit again anytime?

I assumed you are having a visit visa right now! And I assume that you are asking if you can use the same visa, wich you are having right now (since it is still valid up to 10-Oct-09)
Please be informed that if you decided to go out of Qatar (regardless of the place where you want to go, i.e. Philippines)... you CANNOT use your existing visa anymore to come back here in Qatar.
You must have a new Visit Visa issued to you to be able to come back here in Qatar.
Visit Visa or Business Visa is a One Time Entry only here in Qatar. Meaning if you are having this type of visa and decided to out of qatar, this means it is invalid to use again.
