dear friend, it is very remote chance that you will get a release. pls accpt the reality. we understand you have a family back home. But QA managment is very ruthless, when they terminate someone, I heard.
Despite their fantastic image they made thru excellent advertising and PR work, I heard, QA is a worst company to work with.
There is a "termination phobia" lurking among the employees, any moment they can be terminated for silly reasons. By doing such termination, the Management wanted to show that "we are principled & strict".
I have my niece as an Air hostess there, She says she suspects the Managemnet installs hidden camera in the entrance to find out who are the girls roaming around the city, even if it is their OFF. Also there are rumours their fone calls are tapped.
QA starts flights every week to new desitatntion Korea, Japan, Argentina. But they dont keep enough ground staff at Airport, where almost all flights departs between the intervals of 15 minutes. The result is Chaos and Turmoil
Some ground staff may put some more lights on this :
normaly if the terminate some one withen a week and sometimes just in two days they are sending them back home, you can even go to Labour as they let you stay here for more then 3 months with no PAY. and if you are hire from Qatar (local hire) then you can get support from labour.
Sorry for that, But it is nothing we can do. Get Proof that you are not responsible and discuss it directly with QA.
Also to the guy that wants you full name, never give it. And he should know better to not ask about this on a public forum- but maybe he is the person that Got you terminated ?
I am very sorry for your situation and I believe you when you say you were wrongfully terminated but if QR truly believes you did something wrong and terminated you for it then they would be remiss to recommend you to another employer here in Qatar.

The only solution, talk with your high authority, proof your self otherwise no chance, even you go to labor department.

First prove your self that your not involve in any jugglery, & plea the situ
Going to labour court is ok if you are fighting for your unpaid salary or dues. To get release is upto the sponcer only or the Minister.
