Please note carefully.

If you want to call your wife here on resident permit.

No need of education certificates at all

First you have to attest your marriage certificate steps are as follows

1) Notary

2) State government (state where you married)

3) Central government (Delhi ministry of external affairs)

4) Qatar embassy in India

Urogulf will do this for you, I did with them for 300 riyals within 1 month (they told me 2 months)

If you done Qatar embassy in Delhi no need to go to Indian embassy here

Go directly to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Qatar

That’s it, rest you need to add your documents...

Wife’s passport copies (If you made a passport after marriage highlight your name)

Your passport copies (If her name is in your passport highlight her name)

Your labour card copies

Copies of visa stamped in your passport

Your labour contract agreement original and copies

Sponsor’s no objection certificate

Sponsors (companies) ID card copies with id number (your employer will know which one)

Bank statement with banks attestation (stamp & signature)

Electricity bill copy

If you are tenant then tenancy agreement with electricity bill

If any doubt please ask.

I am kamrudeen from al-kor,i bring my family in visit,BUT i tried hard alot for RP for my wife,if some one need resident visa to his family member,they must be attested their (HUSBAND ) education certificates from HRD(delhi or their own state)and forgein ministry of external affire. better give throug agency (like erougulf) in INDIA they do job fast ,and the marrige certificate also attested by forgein ministry of external affire from (delhi,hydrabad,chennai).

couples should need any one of passport at time of attestation other wise they will not do attestation presnce of any one person in india is must at time of attestation u cannot do without concern person.

after u take both certificates make copy of both certificates go to INDIAN EMBASSY DOHA, get attestation on photo copy and goto QATAR ministry of external affire.get attestation on same photo copy u need to show original certificatates at time of attestation other wise they will not attest u r photo copy,

In our embassy so many stupids or working they never say this is the new rule bcz this ediates not have any knowledge on this,

even they do not adrress of qatar external affire. some time in QATAR external affire they ask marrige certificates transilation in arabic (ASIAN TRANSULATOR in NATIONAL), all this RULE was implimented from march 2009 onword before not this kinds of complex system.

after complition of all the attestation u goto labour office give printed apllication insha allah u can get VISA for u r family member in 2 to 3weeks.
