I have an approved visa for Filipino maid but she come and stay in DOHA 2 months than we cancelled her visa due to her health problems and returend back to Filipins

She never had ID card of Qatar

My previous maids are Ethiopian and I would liket to change my approved visa to Ethiopian
how can I do?

You simply submit an application to Ministry of Interior for change of nationality like you did in the beginning. The same application. But this time a request for change of nationality. Then you have to wait and see its approval in the net.
