what are the procedures i need to undertake to get my cousin a tourist visa???

I have a cousin who is on the philippines right now and she wants to visit me here in Doha. I am under my husband sponsorship and of coarse my last name is different from hers now. Is it possible that we can get her as tourist visa??? and how long is the validity of tourist visa??? I anyone can provide me the complete details of the requirements, procedures and processes it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I don't want Fahad Travel and Tours... They are not giving good customer service specially on the phone! There is filipina there who's shift was at night she really pisses me off everytime I call for a query... Got to look for other Travel agency!
