How many days to process the transfer from family visit visa to working visa?

I sponsored my sister and gave already NOC last week of August to Company A who will hire her but said visa is still pending because no available visa yet for my sister.

Can I gave another NOC to other company (Company B) who's willing to hire her? The other company have a ready visa for her.

Will there be a problem for this? Should Company A withdraw first the visa application for my sister before Company B will apply the visa for my sister?

If the company A already submited the vis at immigration then they have to withdraw before company B apply.... When company A dosent have an require visa then u dont have to wait for them just get ur NOC from company A and submite to company B........
