BMW 3 Series Gear Problem ???

I am planning to buy 2003 BMW 325i , after inspection they said that there is a delay in transmission level four and five, they also said that it might needs reprogramming for the gear valve , if not then gear needs to be completly changed...

Anybody encountered this problem or know about it ?

Well if you repair in BMW company so it will cost you too much, there are some syrian mechanics in Industrial area they will do it at a good price, if not you wll get a complete gear at the scrap or buy it from Dubai
