Is there any possibility that you can get an NOC instead. Companies who terminate their employees due to the financial crisis are usually considerate in giving NOC to their terminated employees. You can try to request for one. You also have a family to feed, you know?

From your explanations, I feel that you deserve only a flight ticket from your company. Good luck...

If your were hired locally then your are not eligible for repatriation allowance (Air Ticket etc) unless it's mentioned in your contract !!

Also, the company can terminate your employment during probation period on 3 days notice, unless otherwise mentioned in your contract.

You shall be eligible for these 3 days salary & Air Ticket if you were hired at any country other than Qatar.

Yeah if you haven't completed your probation period..the company can terminate ur contract without any notice...but they have to arrange and pay for your ticket.

Did you complete you probation period???

Usually when the company terminates they should pay you one month extra salary and they should also provide you with the ticket.
