PCC, one of my friend recently changed his job , he has NOC from old sponsor the new sponsor asked to him get PCC to process his visa formalities, he went to Indian embassy they advised him to get his new contract attested by ministry of foreign affairs, chamber of commerce and labor , can anyone please advice, if any PRO can help him

Ask assistance of his HR/Admin Department.
