On of my friends divorced his wife 5 months ago, since then he has been trying to cancel the visa of his ex wife and willing to send him back to the native country. he payed all the money as per court decision.
Please guide for the right procedure to cancel the rp of his wife and to send her back home country.

Please note that his ex wife is not willing to give him the passport.
