Thanks for the help. I was not in position to waste any more time so I went to Sofitel and bought machine with following specs

Intel Quad Core 2.83 Ghz Q9550

4 GB RAM

17” LG LCD

And rest of the stuff for completing PC

It cost me 2270 QR in total

You wont computers for rent here as they are cheaper now .. people are buying it .. why dont u buy one and keep it with u ??
