Fake softaware replacement

Hi,
I heard about some Microsoft Drive to replace fake Windows software for computers in Qatar for free.Does any body has proper information about this(Where,what time and whom to approach) and can anybody tell who all are eligible for this free replacement?

I've read it sometime last weeks in Gulf Times. What I can recall if you happen to have fake software without your knowledge then you are eligible for replacement, or discount. Still Terms & Condition Apply.

they cannot take any steps like that..
