Dear Friends,
One of my friend is having a car under loan from the bank.Now he is going to India for a long leave i.e.till December.He wanted to give his car to me, for using that period.My question is there any permits or approvals required to be done before his leave. or i can use that car and meanwhile i can pay the loan through his account. Kindly give your suggestions.
