i just want to talk about somehting changed in Qtel

round about before 1 week Qtel language change.
there is putted hindi instead of urdu on customers service 111

100 percent wrong decision, & i think this is advise of a few hindi speaking people. but Qtel should collect comments of customers befor anything change. its better for the image of Qtel.
