If my Mozaic TV+ Receiver is broken, can i replace it with another LAN receiver, like from SIEMENS?

The title says it all. If my receiver is broken, can i just replace it by myself instead of getting it to get repaired?
Could i buy a similar one, from the same company, SIEMENS, and just attach the LAN line in it? Will it work? And how much does it cost, any answers appreciated, thanks.
