If you have a letter come from Shiekh or Shiekha then no need to come to your employer to sake for NOC this is enough for you. To Obtain the NOC this is the sole discretion of the company to issue the No Objection Certificate to thier employee. Even the labor dept. will not interfer on this policy unless you have the court order.

Definitely its not true because qatar government will not break there own rules regarding sponsorhip.its the company discretion if they want to give you release or not if not no chance to work to other company even if its government.goodluck

First of all, giving release is completely upto your company, if they feel they can give you or refuse to....

And yes, if you have a letter or recommendation letter from a sheikh or sheikha, then you can take this letter to your company and if still they refuse then you can take this letter to Labour Department and they will help you to get a transfer...My friend had similar situation and by looking at the letter his company give him release...

So, Good Luck!

Sis,

It still depends if your employer is willing to give you a release. If he thinks that giving you a release would be an advantage on his future career/business then i don't see any reason to hold you back.

Cheers,
