POLICY FOR QATAR AIRWAYS IS YOU CAN TRAVEL FROM 29TH WEEK TILL 32ND WEEK WITH A CERTIFICATE FROM YOUR MEDICAL PRACTITIONER IF ITS A NON COMPLICATED PREGNANCY FROM 32ND WEEK TILL 35TH WEEK YOU NEED YOUR DOCTORS CERTIFICATE AS WELL AS CERTIFICATE FROM QATAR AIRWAYS DOCTOR AFTER 35TH WEEK YOU CANNOT TRAVEL WITH QATAR AIRWAYS ALSO IT ALL DEPENDS ON CASES TO CASES AS NO TWO HUMAN BODIES ARE SAME SO ITS NOT AT ALL TRUE THAT IF SOMEBODY LOST A BABY DURING AIR TRAVEL YOU WOULD AS WELL AS SCIENTIFICALY THERE IS NOTHING RELATED SO BETTER YOU CHECK WITH YOUR GAENAC

Qatar Airways allows a pregnant lady to travel when the preganancy is not more than 32 weeks. Hence the condition applied.

The person should have a certificate from her doctor, last Ultrasound report complete with the Medical Information Form (MEDIF), filled and authorized by her doctor-this form can be picked up at QA's main office or any QA's branch- then submit those along with the ticket booking to QA's main branch for QA's Doctor approval.Upon submittion, a minimum 48 hours is required to complete MEDA formalities. Just follow it up within 48 hours.

Note:

QA won't allow a pregnant lady to travel if the pregnancy beyond the end of 36 weeks.

I lost my baby when I did air travel on my 5th month of pregnancy eventhough the doctor said it was oaky for me for travelling and I was checked in a good condition.

For your safety sake and the baby. Do not take any risk. Its not allowed by airliners because the cabin pressure is dangerous for the pregnancy.

upto 32+- 1 wk (I think) you can travel. Better ask to ur doctor. She has to give a letter before you are travelling.
