How can my family come back to qatar (using visit visa or resident family visa ?

My wife left qatar 7months back for delivery purpose and her resident visa will expire in next month.
She is not able to come back in qatar untill december because of 2 months small baby.
After her visa expiration, can she come in qatar using visit visa ?
If resident visa is expired, can I apply again for family resident visa ?

your wife stays more than 6 months outside qatar so her visa is considered as not valid , but you can pay Qr.500/- and get approval from the concern authorities so that she can come with in one year from the date of exit. but if you want to bring your child with your wife so you have to take visit visa. I think better call them both on visit visa and convert it to R/P .

Check out the visa in your passport. It states that RP will be invalid if the holder has more than 6 months outside the country. Which means her RP is already invalid. Therefore you have to apply for returning visa, just don't know the procedure and who's covered. Just check www.moi.gov.qa
