your company will set those things. in my case, i was given 2 months before the cancellation of my RP and visa. and my NOC was given upon my request.

angel_prince2008 are you trying to ask if your RP is cancelled and you will be given / or not an NOC ?
If your RP is cancelled and you have an NOC from your previous sponsor, you can come back in Qatar anytime as long as you have already new approved Visa.
if your RP is cancelled and you do not have an NOC then it would take sometime before you can return to Qatar "and i guess also anywhere in GCC country (not so sure if this is true.... "
im not so sure if its 5 years before you can return back to Qatar without an NOC.
