Hi Friends,
Iam Indian came to Qatar 10 months back. Now i appied for Family visa for my wife and child. Attached all documents like Pasport copy, Certificates (with Attestations), Bank statement, Electricity bill and My salary is more than eligible salary. But they rejected. So i fixed appointment with them. The problem is when our Mandoop made Labour contract he mentioned a salary of 5000 QR. So they may reject my papers because of this. Pls help me how to overcome this problem. Anyone can help me getting the visa.

Rejected only because of your salary.

.

Minimum salary required is QAR.7,700/-

You only need to have a new contract/agreement attested by the labor department. It will cost only QR-60/- and you can get it the same day.

PS: I have gone through all this...sharing my personal experience.

Labour contract required for family visa is to be signed for both parties9Employer and employee). mandoob cant submit the labor contract to the immigration for your family visa unless it is signed by you. so if you already signed for that 5000QR salary specified labour contract, then sure, thats the reaon for the rejection. wait for another 3 or 6 month for reapplying. if your mandoop signed the labour contract on behalf of you and wihout your consent, then u take the decision...

Thank you for replying friends. My designation mentioned is correct and official salary certificate (Letter given by Sponsor) is also correct. Only problem with Labour contract. If we need to reapply can we do it immediately or we have to wait for some more days/months.

First: I think you should kill your mandoop!!!ha ha ha

Second: How about an official stamped salary certificate from your employer? I think it is more reliable than the mandoop.

Good luck
