Car registration

Might be this was asked by others as well; but i couden't answer.
I wanna to renew my car registration, Model 2006.
registrarion expired on 29/07/09.
insurance expired on same date.

1. should i go for technical inspection first? where is it near Lulu Hhyper Market? any contact #.
2. after technical inspection renew insurance?
3. Go for traffic Dept for registration?

these are 3 steps i need to go through?
pls help me out? with the locations of these three.

i usually renew the insurance first then do the inspection.

go to Wakra inspection and get it done in 15minutes.

after getting approval from there then you go to Insurance and after that to near by Marur and you are done with in 3hour.

If you will go to Indus or Hyper might take you bit long.
