The companies would be:
-Kershaw Leonard
-Clarendon Parker
-Bayt
-Key Resources
These are the major "head hunters" here in Qatar, as far as I know. And they don't charge you for it coz they get paid by the employers.
But you can't just walk in...you go to their websites and register, post your CV and the rest will follow.
I can vouch for the first 2 coz they do call you and set pre-screening interviews before matching your CV with any vacancies that they have.
Stay away from any recruitment company that expects money from you, the jobseeker. If they do that, they are dodgy.
All the reputable agents don't take a single penny from jobseekers - they are paid a commission by the employer.
You may try Qatar Recruitment Company, their website is www.qatarrecruit.com. there is a section for Job seekers, where you have to register and then post your CV. They have got a good clients base which are top notch and they generally take 2 days to respond to a query and 3 weeks to shortlist a CV for the vacancy in their clients.

Other one is Key Resources, I dont have the number, but the location is in the Home Center Building near Jaidah Flyover.

and go to the jobs section, you will see from all functional right from technical, commercial, finance, and many sub-categories as well.
