How can I contact the Ministry of Labor?

Does anyone know a contact details of the Ministry of Labor? I am having trouble finding any way to contact most government agencies in Qatar. Is there a phone book that lists phone numbers/addresses/emails of businesses and people in Qatar, similar to the white or yellow pages in other countries?

its better to go there by yourself..its locate din C-ring road..near american hospital...

Ok I've managed, with a lot of help from internet translators to figure out this is the page for it.

The English version is conveniently under construction. I realise there are phone numbers at the bottom of the page. Does anyone know of any email addresses, or is everything still done by phone or actual visits over there?
