Mmm cheesecake! You can also use Neufchatel cheese, which is usually by the Philadephia Cream Cheese in the store, but has less fat/calories.
It's the simple Philadelphia Cheese. If you need a very easy recipe, just give me a buzz.
Most recipes specify which cheese is required.
Generally when the recipe says 'cream cheese' the most appropriate one to use is Kraft Philadelpia. Usually you can find it in MegaMart, and occassionally elsewhere.
Other cheesecakes, typically the baked versions, will require ricotta cheese, which I've never looked for here.
i forgot to tell you, it is found in carreffour or in giant stores
philadelphia creme cheese, sold in a square plastic pack with a silver cover
Philadelphia cream cheese is the best.
hey there.... i usually use the philadelphia cream chesse its available in most supermarkets ;)
i have no idea how to make cheesecake, but try google a recipe, and it should specify.....
Cream cheese...the one in the pack ..not jar.
Cream cheese.
