Question on Bank account after resign

I worked few month than resign (last year).
Now am back to my home country.
I still keep the bank account (QNB) and some saving still there.
My id card is going to expire soon.
Can I continue keep my money in my QNB bank account?
Will the bank close my bank account after my id card expire?

I would like to continue to keep my saving in QNB becaue
I believe Qatar Riyal is very strong and it value will continue increase.

In-case if one day, I need to use the money, I still can telex transfer the money back to my home country's bank account? (Internet transfer, i used to do that when I was working in Doha).
